Pat Rocco
From the late 1960s through the 1970s, activist and filmmaker Pat Rocco mastered the art of gay male erotic films. His work developed beyond the nudie cutie into thoughtful and at times dramatic glimpses into gay life of that era. Many of these non-pornographic romps and love stories debuted at Los Angeles Park Theatre. Rocco also shot extensive footage of gay demonstrations, parades, marches and festivals.
