Photographs of a self-described porn star that were placed on a male escort’s Web site are at the center of a copyright and trademark infringement lawsuit filed in Orlando federal court. At issue are seven risque pictures of Orlando resident Justin Krueger that were uploaded to men4rentnow.com. The photos include a trademarked name — Corbin Fisher — on each image, according to the suit brought by San Diego-based Liberty Media Holdings.

Liberty Media owns the rights to those images. It wants about $1 million in damages, the suit says — $150,000 for each infringement it is alleging.

Attempts to reach Krueger were unsuccessful.

Through its attorney, Wintice Group, which runs men4rentnow.com, denied any wrongdoing.

Wintice Group merely operates a classified ad service, similar to Craigslist or other classified ad services,” attorney Peter L. Arvant wrote in an e-mail. “Individual advertisers directly upload and post all of their own content and photos. Wintice Group does not post any content or photographs.”

“Wintice is very mindful and respectful of intellectual property rights. We would never infringe on another company’s rights, just as we hope and expect that others would not infringe on our intellectual property. Wintice is confident that the legal process will show that.”

Krueger is a model who worked for Liberty Media, appearing in a movie “Greg,” the suit says.

A copy of the men4rentnow.com listing is included in the federal court file. The online listing states Krueger is a “rising porn star and a [sic] escort.”

A MySpace page reportedly belonging to Krueger also says the 19-year-old is a porn star.

Krueger is nude in several of the photographs that were uploaded to men4rentnow.com. Liberty Media claims it never licensed its photographs to an escort agency.

Update: There was some initial confusion with this story based on a post by TheSword.com that the model Justin Krueger was NOT named as a defendant. You can now see that Corbin Fisher’s attorney Marc Randazza has weighed in our comment section below and has clarified that the MODEL IS ALSO A NAMED AS A DEFENDANT in the action.

The Sword was in error in correcting us when in fact this post’s initial report was in fact correct.We have now edited and retracted the previous followup where we related that the model was not a defendant.

Gay adult performer Dylan Roberts has joined his lifelong friend Landon Mycles as a new Jet Set Men exclusive. Roberts, 20, will make his feature debut in director Chris Steele’s Pizza Boy Gangbang, due to hit the streets in January. He also appears in two vignettes included on the recently released Straight Edge Volume 5.

AVN Hall of Famer Steele called Roberts’ Pizza Boy pairing with fellow exclusive Hayden Stephens “dynamic.” The kid is going places, Steele said.

At 5’10” with astonishing blue-green eyes, ripped abs and a 7-inch, uncut member, Roberts is a muscled bottom dream come true, Jet Set director John Tegan noted. Based on his performances in the Straight Edge scenes, Roberts can “really take a pounding,” Tegan said.

In his in Pizza Boy Gangbang role, Roberts drunkenly comes on to pizza parlor owner Stephens, who slams Roberts down in the middle of the restaurant and nails his ass.

“Hayden really fucked Dylan hard in the scene,” Steele said. “But the kid’s a trooper. He kept wanting more and was all smiles when the scene was done.”

Roberts and Mycles grew up in the same town and pursued careers in adult entertainment together. Mycles also has a role in Pizza Boy.

The production wrap up in Los Angeles came the day before the real Levi Johnston, appearing on The Joy Behar Show on HLN (formerly CNN Headline News), was stunned to learn that a gay porn parody of his life had been filmed. Behar asked if he was aware of the Jet Set movie, to which Johnston responded: “Okaaaaaaaay.” He paused and then told Behar “I guess they’re going to do what they’re going to do.”

Premiering in March, the XXX film Getting Levi’s Johnson stars relative newcomer Casey Monroe, who bears a striking resemblance to Johnston. The movie also stars Diesel Washington, Jesse Santana, and Jet Set Exclusive Landon Mycles, along with the inimitable Brent Corrigan and Mark Dalton. To top it off, ‘Getting Levi’ includes a very special (though non-sexual) appearance by porn actress Lisa Ann, who starred in Hustler’s Who’s Nailin’ Paylin?

The movie was directed by Jet Set head honcho Chris Steele, from a script by Steele and Jet Set’s John Tegan.

“This movie is a ripped-from-the headlines parody that brings gay porn lovers’ fantasies about Levi Johnston to life,” says Jet Set Chief and AVN Hall of Fame Director Chris Steele.

But, according to Steele, “Telling the story of what could have happened required recreating some events that DID happen, but with a hot sexual twist. So in the movie, our Levi does a photo shoot on the ledge of a Manhattan building, but then has sex with a hot young underwear model played by ever-sexy Brent Corrigan.”

The idea for the movie had been germinating for some time, according to co-screen writer Tegan. “We knew we wanted to do a Levi parody. We even came up with the title, which we thought was catchy. All that was left was to find a lead actor who looked like Johnston, a task we thought would be very difficult.”

Monroe was featured in Chris Steele’s upcoming DVD “Pizza Boy Gangbang”, which was filmed in October. “When we saw Casey’s stills from the movie, he coincidently posed just like the real Levi did for Playgirl. Side-by-side, it was hard to tell the two apart. We knew then we’d found our Levi!” said Tegan.

The re-creation of recent events required painstaking set building, including a 10 foot high building wall and ledge, surrounded by two massive photographs of the Manhattan skyline as a backdrop, and some inventive costume touches that help re-create a real television commercial currently airing that features Levi Johnston.

Steele notes that “all of these production values will put a shiny gloss on a fun, sexy comedy about the ups and downs of a hot looking, instantly famous young guy who inadvertently becomes a gay sex object and then has to deal with the result.”

Jet Set is expected to release Getting Levi’s Johnson on both DVD and Download 2 Own on JetSetMen.com in March. Coincidentally, Playgirl Magazine will return to the newsstands around the same time, featuring semi-nude photos of Levi Johnston himself, who is also reportedly working on a tell-all book from the 2008 campaign.
