The Dutch police have closed down the websites of two escort websites, zuzana.com and pleasure-escort.nl on January 11, 2011. The escort websites were suspected of involvement in human trafficking. Two suspects were detained for questioning. European news sources and press releases issued from Dutch police report as follows:

The police have also issued an international arrest warrant for a 37-year-old man said to have set up zuzana.com eight years ago. He is also wanted by the police in France, where he has already been sentenced to four years in jail for human trafficking.

The police have sent a text message to around 1300 mobile telephones from which the escort agencies have been contacted. The message warns that the sites offer escorts who are thought to be human trafficking victims. It also asks for cooperation in the investigation.

The two website addresses now link to a police site stating:

“This agency is associated with human trafficking.”

Zuzana.com mainly offered Eastern European women as escorts at 200 euros an hour, however 2% were male escorts which also posted on the site offering services to other male clients. The escorts work in the pornography industry or as photographic models. The escorts related in their profiles they traveled throughout Europe and the United States, spending a week at a time in a hotel or apartments, spending time with clients on vacations among other details.

Fan favorite bottom twink boy known as Jake Lyons (real name: Justin Krueger) now finds himself with an expensive federal court  judgment lodged against him by online website, CorbinFisher.com.

The Judgment, filed in an Orlando, Florida U.S. Federal Court against Jake stands for execution for as long as 20 years.

As reported here at GayPornGossip last January, online gay & straight porn website, CorbinFisher.com had sued Lyons for using copyrighted photographs of himself on the male escort site, Men4RentNow.com.

Claiming copyright and trademark infringement, Corbin Fisher initially sought over one million dollars for the use of seven photos. Lyons, who has done a mass of  films and more notable lately for Twinks.com.

GayPornBlog.com in their recent report about this judgment, did some math:

Like most gay porn models. 20-year Lyons doesn’t receive residuals from shoots (well, not monetary ones at least), so no amount of our frantic masturbating will help him settle his debts. However, with his $300 an hour escort rate, we figure Lyons can settle his debts with only 191 hours of what we like to think of as gay “community service.”

Jake has recently opened his own website, JakeLyons.com and in the process of creating a subscription based service.

In the ongoing media wake of the George Reker Scandal, non-adult blog, Queerty recently ran a story concerning the back and forth dialogue between Unzipped and the Miami New Times. If you didn’t already know, it was Unzipped’s Online Editor, Zach Sire (photo left) who broke the story of exactly who the male escort was that Reker hired for his European vacation.

Sire posted the escort’s RentBoy.com profile on their popular adult blog Unzipped.net. Most importantly, Sire has demanded Miami New Times to reveal exactly where the origins of their information came from that lead New Times to break the story in the first place.

It would seem to this writer that Sire’s demands can only bring more validity to the story which so well exposes one of the damnest bigots in march against gay equality.

Enter the feedback from Queerty’s post:

The internationally known convicted pedophile Nelson Garcia (photo right: New York state issued mug shot of Garcia) added his two-cents to the column by posting under his also well known online alias, “NG”.

Garcia wagers his propaganda using his comment on Queerty in an attempt to undermine the fine work Sire has done so far in getting to the bottom of the Reker’s story. Garcia would have you believe that Sire didn’t verify facts about posts where porn stars were being terrorized by another outrageously wicked online persona known as Damon Kruezer. Garcia describes Damon Kruezer as a “gay porn gossiper” in this comment. What a joke, who does Garcia think he is fooling? Anyone and everyone familiar with the Damon Kruezer (real name – Kent Barclay) story knows Kruezer is a fraud, troll and gay porn cyber-stalker who resides in Boston, Massachusetts (said to be living with his 86 year old mother) and in no shape nor form is Damon Kruezer a creditable “gay porn” anything.

Who is this “NG” anyway? Allow me to use the reference published by Perverted-Justice.com who publishes an information database dubbed, Wikisposure

“Nelson Garcia, aka NG, nlsngrc, and ng1260, would like the world to believe that he is merely an online gay activist. However, the reality is that he’s a pedophile, and one who has been convicted of sex crimes”

Garcia was convicted of a felony in New York on August 11, 2003 for Promoting A Sexual Performance By A Child Less Than 16 Years of Age. Currently, Garcia is a Level 2 risk as documented on the New York State Sex Offender’s Registry. All of Garcia’s criminal acts were committed using the Internet and website forums to undermine and rally confidence in his victim(s).

Garcia continues his propaganda about Sire on his own blog, where he has a post titled, “six degrees of gay hate”. In the article Garcia poorly attempts to influence his reader into thinking that Zach Sire clouds the issue surrounding Rekers and that Sire is on a “anti-gay crusade”.

I contacted Zach Sire to request a comment and this is what Sire conveyed to me directly via email:

“As a rule, I don’t respond to blog comments from anonymous people on the internet, so there’s not much I can add to this. All I can say is that it’s ironic that someone convicted of such despicable and inhumane crimes would attempt to position himself as a judge of anything, much less someone else’s character or motives. But, that’s the way the internet works. Let’s hope that the New York Parole Board is closely monitoring all of this felon’s online activity and his actions are limited to leaving inane comments on blogs.”

In conclusion, I believe Zach Sire is totally correct in asking for the background, the source and more concerning how Reker was “made” in the Miami International Airport. Reker has denied any sexual activity with this escort and stands on the premise he has done nothing contradictory to his own belief and morals. Without complete disclosure of all the facts, where does Reker actually stand in the face of his peers and public opinion? When you have a half-ass case built, without providing the source of your details it sure leaves room for doubt in the minds of many.  Disclosure was and remains the grounding force in Garcia’s crimes. Let their be no doubts whatsoever in the Reker story and let’s CATCH ANOTHER PREDATOR!

The message is clear to the Miami New Times – DISCLOSE THE FACTS!

Any chance this Corbin Fisher legal action is related to Jake’s recent appearance in a JetSetMen DVD? It has always been rumored that Corbin Fisher only likes to work with models who would be only exclusive to their brand.

Photographs of a self-described porn star that were placed on a male escort’s Web site are at the center of a copyright and trademark infringement lawsuit filed in Orlando federal court. At issue are seven risque pictures of Orlando resident Justin Krueger that were uploaded to men4rentnow.com. The photos include a trademarked name — Corbin Fisher — on each image, according to the suit brought by San Diego-based Liberty Media Holdings.

Liberty Media owns the rights to those images. It wants about $1 million in damages, the suit says — $150,000 for each infringement it is alleging.

Attempts to reach Krueger were unsuccessful.

Through its attorney, Wintice Group, which runs men4rentnow.com, denied any wrongdoing.

Wintice Group merely operates a classified ad service, similar to Craigslist or other classified ad services,” attorney Peter L. Arvant wrote in an e-mail. “Individual advertisers directly upload and post all of their own content and photos. Wintice Group does not post any content or photographs.”

“Wintice is very mindful and respectful of intellectual property rights. We would never infringe on another company’s rights, just as we hope and expect that others would not infringe on our intellectual property. Wintice is confident that the legal process will show that.”

Krueger is a model who worked for Liberty Media, appearing in a movie “Greg,” the suit says.

A copy of the men4rentnow.com listing is included in the federal court file. The online listing states Krueger is a “rising porn star and a [sic] escort.”

A MySpace page reportedly belonging to Krueger also says the 19-year-old is a porn star.

Krueger is nude in several of the photographs that were uploaded to men4rentnow.com. Liberty Media claims it never licensed its photographs to an escort agency.

Update: There was some initial confusion with this story based on a post by TheSword.com that the model Justin Krueger was NOT named as a defendant. You can now see that Corbin Fisher’s attorney Marc Randazza has weighed in our comment section below and has clarified that the MODEL IS ALSO A NAMED AS A DEFENDANT in the action.
