Lets just for a second look at what is going on here. He defrauded someone 11,000 to make make a movie that he has not made. He committed wire fraud in taking the money half on western union and half in a bank account he set up in Rhode Island specifically for the purposes of committing this fraud. In that process he attempted to keep the amounts from being reported to the IRS by keeping an individual transfer under 10,000. This is wire fraud across state lines, bank fraud, IRS fraud.
The trail of emails and voice mails that have been turned over to authorities speak very clearly to the point that this was an investment in Brads Buddies 2. What Gayporngossip shows here is that the fraud is ongoing. Just look above and you see a Sean Cody model that has been cropped to hide identification and presented as from Brad’s Buddies 2 and property of Damon pictures. Both acts continuing the ongoing fraud.
As Gayporngossip has so insight-fully pointed out the pictures of Troy Michael are 10 years old were obviously not shot for Brad’s Buddies 2 and Troy Michaels has gone on record that those pictures are indeed of him, That Damon Pictures does not own them and that he has not worked for Damon pictures. He went further and provided a recent picture of how he looks now to prove the point. Another example of the continuing fraud.
The remainder of the pictures will be identified and shown to be frauds as well.
Notice how he is trying to claim now this was directed by Wayne Barclay, and Mark Holstrome. Neither person exists. Nice try Kent but that is also part of the fraud. The bottom line is he is trying to pass off stolen pictures to cover his fraud. Kent has engaged in many crimes is under active investigation, and is trying to cover his ass. Won’t work.
Park of this investigation has to and will be are those feeding him like Chris Steele feeding him pictures so they can give him credibility in this fraud? Is Chris Steele part of this fraud scheme? He knows just what Kent is, knows he ripped off someone for 10,000, and continues to feed him pictures to continue to perpetrate this fraud.
Seems that is it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck odds are it’s a duck. The best you could say about Chris Steele is that he is an unwitting participant in an interstate wire fraud scheme. However we all know that Chris Steele knows just what Kent is, and what Kent does. As I said to Chris Steele 2 years ago my Irish mother used to say tell me who you go with and I will tell you what you are. When you took the phone Chris and handed it to Jason Pitt and told him talk to this guy he will get you publicity, and Kent quickly said can I have your personal cell number and you let Jason Pitt give it to him you showed just what you are.
You can bray at the moon in public about Kent Barclay but like a cockroach in the darkness you turn a first time model over to Kent in an attempt to get into his pants knowing full well that it was a matter of time before Kent tried to damage this young man tells us all we need to know.
My guess is that he is an active participant in this fraud, but thankfully my guess is not where this ends up, This ends up with the authorities seeing clearly that there is a definite connection between these two, and that Chris Steel’s culpability will be determined during the investigation. Did you get into Jason’s pants Chris?

as always he uses real life people as pretend dolls in his increasingly chaotic pretend storyline. anybody see grey gardens? at least that lunacy had some basis in fact. hey kentie. i am back to stay with some shocking storyline twists which will curl barb’s wart hair.

Well folks, it looks like (Thank God), the truth is now being spread WITH FACTS on my part of unfortunate involvement in this sick story.  I was (loong story) stupid enough to allow this entity to steal over $11K from me…that I really did NOT have the documentation to show you, those interested, just how devious Kent Barclay (is that his real name?) is.  I DO know he cares not for any fellow human being.

Not to be pickey Kent but months ago you mentioned your distributor was thrilled with what he had seen so far. How could you have a distributor then and need to make a deal now? You have also claimed to be in the editing suite for months. How do you edit footage that does not exist? BTW where are you incorporated? Hmmm nowhere. A shame you have nothing of value as the attachments would take it away. Either way will you be able to tweet at 1 AM eastern time from jail?

It continually amazes me how this criminal scum is still slumming the streets, when time after time after time his frauds are exposed for what they are. It further astounds me that he believes his constant shouts of ‘gay-on-gay discrimination,’ ‘haters,’ and ‘anti-competitive schemers’ will somehow cover-up his crimes and deflect the efforts of those who have exposed him. I also certainly hope he shouts to the high heavens yet again about his ‘legal eagle’ who is going to file a Federal suit, or a RICO charge or some such nonsense – he’s been shouting that over at Twitter for quite some time. Gee, Kent, you think you would have filed all of this by now. As I’ve said over at Twitter – some of us really DO have lawyers, Kent. Be aware.
I also wish to echo the comments which were made some time ago by Elmysterio – I am ASHAMED to be a gay adult fan. This industry could have come together ages ago and done something to get rid of and wipe the stain that is Kent Barclay off of the net, and they refuse to do it. Only a dedicated few, and a lot outside the industry for that matter, are doing anything to stand up for young performers/models and try to put a stop to this scum. I have said it before and I will say it again, I will refuse to purchase any Jet Set product, and those performers/models who actually follow Kent on Twitter should be ashamed of themselves – just because he ‘doesn’t bother you’ only means…..YET.

The image on Kent’s BradBuddiesII (see: http://www.bradsbuddies2.info/BB2%20updates/duostars.jpg ) pointed out by DaveofDaves is truly Brett Dimineo – however in this image Dimineo is somewhat older than most of his known videos. I carefully searched the PacSun retail site website ( see: http://gaymagix.com/search.php?search=Brett+Dimineo&searchString=Search ) – I cannot however find a video with Dimineo as depicted in the image being used by Kent.

One more thing to those who know the truth about Barclay – Thanks for your words as it indeed does feel supportive, and some folk know at the beginning of my “Damon” brainwashing I allowed some ugly words from myself towards the very people who are now VERY GOOD FRIENDS FOR LIFE.  Thanks guys -all of ya!  I am only one part of the whole story, so all please know I am aware of much, much more dastardly schemes & people Barclay is involved with – sick as they are.
