Michael Lucas Speaks About Twink Barebacking & More

As 2010 ended the editors of AVN Media Network raised questions to identify Trendspotting and reached out to Adult Industry professionals for their answers for publication in the January 2011 Edition of AVN. A variety of questions about trends in the porn industry were asked.

Gay Porn’s own Michael Lucas, President and CEO of Lucas Entertainment was posed the question by the Editors of AVN:

Which trends in the industry would you like to change?

Which would you keep?

One trend I do NOT want to see is for the empowered right wing in Washington to throw the porn industry as red meat to the populist moralists – more obscenity prosecutions, more vilification, more hypocrisy.

A trend I DO want to see is a return to condom use as a standard practice and nobody will convince me that this does not affect the way people have sex in real life. Infection rates are rising, particularly among younger people, and I find bareback twink movies the height of the irresponsibility.
