The JOCKS brand of movies released by Falcon Studios was one of the top selling lines for the studio for many years. In its prime, JOCKS movies were high-budget, top-quality productions directed by the biggest names in porn. The brand also served as a vehicle to introduce and feature some of the hottest model talent in the industry. Founded in 1971 by the late Chuck Holmes, Falcon Studios is one of the most recongnizable brands in gay porn. Many of the leading directors in gay porn today found their start with Falcon. In late 2010, video-on-demand company Adult Entertainment Business Network (AEBN) purchased Falcon Studios for an undisclosed amount of money. AEBN merged Falcon Studios and Raging Stallion, although the company said that both brands would remain distinct and AEBN’s output would remain constant at sixty DVD titles a year (forty of those from the Raging Stallion label). The company’s production is now headed up by Chris Ward and the web management is handled by Gamma Entertainment using their BuddyProfits/Ad XXXpansion affiliate revenue and traffic hubs.
