Back in September a California county jury found Gay Porn’s once famous Super-Star, Ryan Idol guilty of Attempted Murder and three other felony charges stemming from a violent altercation on September 5, 2009 where he was alleged to have beat his then 41- year old girlfriend over the head with a porcelain toilet tank lid.

Idol, incarcerated at Sacramento County Main Jail since September 19 of last year, appeared in court on January 13, 2011  and instead of being sentenced, Idol requested a new trial, citing ineffective assistance of counsel.

On December 9, 2011 Idol was scheduled for sentencing, instead of being sentenced Donais’ attorney asked to be withdrawn from the case, and the court granted the request.

In the Friday, January 13 Hearing, Donais was given a date of May 18, 2012, to appear in Department 40 of the Sacramento County Courthouse. At that time the decision will be made about whether to grant him a new trial. In the meantime, Donais continues to be held (without bail) at the Sacramento County Jail, with every day in custody applied to any sentence he might eventually be given. He doesn’t qualify for a percentage of time off for good behavior, due to the severe nature of his crimes. Donais could face up to 15 or more years in prison for the convictions.

This past May, Ryan Idol was in dire need of raising funds to maintain his legal defense that he came back into the gay porn scene by making a compensated appearance in West Hollywood. At the end of the night, he even shaved his mustache.

More recently, he started plans on a career as a chef by moving to Sacramento to attend culinary school, according to his girlfriend’s trial testimony.

The prosecution contended that the motive for the attack resulted from a long-standing jealousy on Donais’ part – despite his defense that it was the other way around, she was jealous of him and he never worried about his girlfriend wanting sex from other men “because ours was so great.”

The victim testified that she first met Donais in Hawaii when she was on vacation and quickly began a sexual affair with him. She said she ended the relationship in 1992 when she found out Donais acted in gay porn films. In mid-2008, the victim testified, she discovered he had become a Broadway actor, and she looked him up in New York City. After renewing their relationship, she said, they drove from the East Coast to California in his recreational vehicle. They lived for a while in the Kampgrounds of America (KOA) in Sacramento before moving into an townhouse. She said the townhouse was purchased by a male lover of Donais’ from New Hampshire who eventually moved in with them. She testified she moved out when she caught them having sex.

A couple days after her departure, she said, she was taking a bath around nine in the evening when Donais knocked on her door. She said she let him in and was returning to her bath when he said, “I came over here to kill you.”

“He just grabbed me like I was nothing, and he picked me up and he threw me into the bathroom. He came in and he started beating me with his fists. … When he took the lid off the toilet … I thought, Oh, my God, I’m not going to live. And I looked down because I didn’t want him to smash it on my face, and he smashed it on my head”

She said she was able to get some leverage and kick Donais twice, sending him careening into the bathtub. She testified she then ran from the house and called police. Telephone records showed Donais had called her 17 times in four hours before the incident.

Donais testified he’d been playing poker at a nearby cocktail lounge and had one shot of Wild Turkey whiskey before he drove to her place to check up on her. He said he was concerned that she was being manipulated by some drug-dealing friends.

Donais said that after he entered the house, his girlfriend got upset when he accused her of cheating on him. He said she came at him with a knife. He said he grabbed the toilet tank lid and swung it at her to defend himself.

He later showed up at a hospital bleeding from a 1 1/2-inch shard of porcelain jammed into his arm. Hospital officials called police and Donais was arrested and booked on a charge of attempted murder.

After 7 years as one of gay porn’s most popular leading men, he retired from the adult industry in 1996. Idol experienced a “near-death experience” on March 20, 1998, when he was seriously injured by a drunken and drug-induced fall from a window in his (or his girlfirend’s) 3rd (or 4th) floor New York City apartment (there are conflicting reports). Idol has stated that he has no recollection of jumping and that “the drugs and alcohol took over.”

In 2008, Idol was mentioned, under his real name, in court documents related to a lawsuit filed by HealthSouth in connection with allegations of misuse of funds donated to Birmingham, Alabama mayor Larry Langford‘s Computer Help for Kids charity. The papers show $30,000 being paid to Idol, with $5,000 coming from the charity and $25,000 from the Council of Cooperating Governments.

Charity director John Katopodis testified in a deposition that Idol was paid to repair computers and also to set up computer giveaway programs in other areas. Idol testified that, because of his 1998 fall, he was “not at [his] full faculties” and could not recall the details of his time with the organization.

Regarding his sexuality, Idol stated, “I’d just like to say I’m a loving person. I can love a man and I can love a woman. Over the years I have chosen to not label myself because there are plenty of others who will. I am happy to not label myself. Even though I come from that business, if one were to look at the plots from the films that I did – I only did 6 – it’s art depicting life and life depicting art. My first movie was close to where I was in my own life, and that was being curious about the gay world but having come from a Catholic background.”

During the 1990s, gay porn stars didn’t get too much more popular than Ryan Idol. In February 1989, he appeared as the “Man of the Month” centerfold in Playgirl under his birth name Marc Anthony Donais. This appearance launched his modeling career and introduced him to the adult film industry, in which he achieved notoriety and success under the name Ryan Idol. A former Colorado lawman with a record so distinguished he was once honored as the nation’s sheriff of the year now finds himself in a jail that was named for him, is accused of offering methamphetamine in exchange for sex with men.

Now, former Sheriff Sullivan, age 68, is no longer the tough-talking lawman. He is the “old man” who a 911 caller asked police to remove from his home and the one accused of offering methamphetamine to a man in exchange for sex.

How he went from being voted the nation’s sheriff a decade ago to getting bailed out of the jail that bears his name has perplexed many in an affluent Colorado county, where he served as top-cop for decades.

Colorado law enforcement officals are now looking deeper into an unsolved investigation of a January 26, 2011 drowning of 27-year-old Sean Moss (photo right), a former gay porn performer who used the stage name, Joshua Berlin, and the autopsy for whom showed intoxication from meth and gamma-hydroxybutryic acid, or GHB, best known as a date rape drug. Less than two weeks before Moss’s death, Sullivan reportedly posted bail for Moss’s arrest in a domestic violence case involving another man in a Denver suburb. Police say Moss’s case remained open because the coroner could not determine the cause of death.

Moss, also used to work at the Triple C Bathhouse in Denver. Several patrons of the bathhouse have come forward claiming Sullivan was a regular at the Triple C following a recent search of the establishment by police on Friday.

Sullivan recommended Moss for a job as a security guard for the local high school, where Moss worked only for 13 day prior to his body turning up in the Platt River.

For the ones that haven’t been available (or wanted) to do “privates,” Forest says that, “If the price is right,” they won’t refuse.

So, from now on, Forest’s ads/promotion for his “Meet The Stars” program will state, “We’ll connect you to any star that does private meetings.”

He encourages his clients to contact him about ANY star they’d like to meet. And claims, if the price is right, it will happen.

Many stars have made the “privates” a part of their adult business all along. The overall summary of Lyon’s statement strongly suggests that the studio’s attorney sexually harassed him and the studio used bully tactics to pressure him.

In November 2009, Corbin Fisher.com filed a lawsuit alleging that a Jake Lyons uploaded seven (7) copyrighted images of himself on an escort site owned by Men4Rentnow.com, violating a prohibition on Corbin Fisher models marketing themselves as rent boys. Lyons whose real name is Justin Krueger was served the process in Florida where he resided. Corbin Fisher sought over $1 Million in damages ($150,000.00 for each image).

Lyons put up a defense but after losing his first motion in federal court, he put a halt to it and just quit attending any hearings, with the judge ultimately finding that he willfully infringed on Corbin Fisher’s copyrighted works, paving way for a judgment that could have reached just above $1 million. But Corbin Fisher later settled for a minimum licensing fee of $5,000 per image plus attorneys fees, or $54,000. Corbin Fisher later sought a court order whereby Jake Lyon’s payment from other porn studios he may work for could be garnished. In what seemed a last ditch effort by Fisher, the studio tendered a public offer to settle the case for $5,400.00 and if Lyons paid up the money would be donated to charity, namely Equality Florida.

Among many other interesting statements, Lyons contends that Corbin Fisher’s attorney, Marc Randazza was disappointed that they were no longer “fooling around”. At this point, since my agent had not acted in my favor, I flew out San Diego, CA to meet with Marc Randazza, said website’s attorney. We set up an appointment for 10am. Around 9:30am Randazza asked me if the meeting could be rescheduled to noon. He told me he would take me out to lunch and we could discuss the situation. However, my schedule did not allow us to meet at his requested time. Although I was prepared to discuss other options, Randazza assumed that I was still “fooling around with him,” and refused to discuss any further settlement

A Pensacola, Florida man has been charged with manslaughter after police say he punched Terry Lindon Kelley, 34, of Pace, Florida after a minor car accident in the face. The victim, Kelley better known in the gay porn industry as former Falcon Studio’s performer, Lindon Hawks. Photo left and more bio and images at FalconStudios.com.

According to news reports

Telly Jabar Hill, 27, of Pensacola, Florida was charged on December 13, 2010. The incident happened Saturday, December 11, 2010 at about 6:30 pm.

Witnesses told police Hill and Kelly were involved in a minor car crash at When Kelley got out of his vehicle to view the damage, witnesses said that Hill, who was an occupant of the other vehicle, punched Kelley one time in the face with his fist.

Kelley fell to the ground and suffered a massive head injury. He was taken to a hospital where he died Monday, December 13.

Police say Hill left the scene of the accident after Kelley went down. Hill was arrested and booked into the Escambia County, Florida Jail on a $50,000 bond. The crash remains under investigation.

John Travolta’s high-powered attorney Marty Singer has fired off a five-page letter to website bosses at Gawker.com, demanding they pull a “false and outrageous” post about his client’s alleged secret sex life.

The missive was sent hours before Travolta became a dad again when his wife Kelly Preston gave birth to baby Benjamin on Tuesday.

Gawker.com has published claims made by Robert Randolph, suggesting Travolta has a salacious secret sex life in Los Angeles spas, and he’s set to reveal all in a self-published book.

According to Gossipcop.com, which has posted the letter from Singer online, Randolph claims he has witnessed Travolta in steam rooms engaging in sexual acts with men.

The lawyer calls the claims “blatant defamatory lies” from a “patently unreliable source,” pointing out the author previously suffered permanent brain damage, which he has acknowledged on his own website.

Singer also notes the claims “go back fifteen years, yet inexplicably, he (Randolph) has waited until now to peddle these phony tall tales.“

Travolta’s lawyer is demanding the immediate and permanent removal of the Randolph post and “the publication of an unequivocal and prominent retraction of the false and defamatory statements.“

Several years before writing and starring in Rocky, Sylvester Stallone played a different kind of Stud.

Juaquin Malphurs (photo below) better known by his stage name Waka Flocka Flame, is best known for his heavy crunk, gangsta sound and single “No Hands” along with his debut album Flockaveli. The name “Waka” was given to him by his cousin, after the Muppets character Fozzie Bear’s catch phrase, “Waka Waka”. The name “Flocka Flame” was given to him by rapper Gucci Mane.
